This invitation forprequalification follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Development Business No. 597 of December 30, 2002 of on-line and in DG Market.
The
Prequalification will be conducted through prequalification procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May 2004 (revised October 2006), and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the guidelines.
Interested eligibleapplicants may obtain further information from and inspect the prequalification document at the address below from 09:00 to 15:00 hours. A complete set of the prequalification document in English may be purchased by interested applicants (a) on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of EUR 200 or in equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The document will be sent by courier. The method of payment will be:
a.For payment in EUR: in favor of LUR # Lucka uprava
b.For payment in Croatian Kunas: in favor of LUR # Luckauprava
Applications for prequalification in original and two copies should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by December 22, 2008 and be clearly marked "Application to Prequalify for Rijeka Gateway Project, Construction of Brajdica Container Terminal Extension Section A (Pier Extension), Contract No. RGP-CW-048/08-ICB".
