Construction of District NSI office Building with 5- Storied Foundation and 2-storied garage cum Barrack Building with 2-storied Foundation (including Civil, Internal & External Water Supply & Sanitation, Internal & External Electrification, Road, Boundary wall, Site Development, Drain & Apron etc.) at Lakshmipur Sadar, Lakshmipur. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Building Construction works.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 no RCC framed structure building construction work including internal sanitary, internal electrification & external electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.0 crore; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Documents in support of specific experience must be submitted in the prescribed format e-PW3F as per ITT clause 31.1 (b). 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 13.0 crore over the last 5 (Five) financial years. Documents in support annual construction turnover must be submitted in according to ITT clause 31.1(c). 4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 5.0 crore & must be submitted according to ITT clause no-33.1(d) 5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk.13.0 crore. On going work list & other necessary documents must be submitted in support of Tender Capacity 6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT/eBin registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade license and Up-to date ABC Contractory and Electrical Supervisory License from electrical licensing board of GOB. 7. All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender. 8. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard..
