Description

This is a Major Works Contract for the construction of a water main extension consisting generally of the supply and installation and commissioning of OD450 PE, OD400PE and DN375PVC pipework, fittings and ancillaries in with the Drawings provided in Schedule 5 Part C - Drawings. The Contract Sum shall be full compensation for the complete construction of the works including all required air and scour valves, construction plant, temporary works, commissioning, defects and liability for the works for the specified period, any remedial works and the replacement of any defective works. Extra monies will be paid only for work undertaken in accordance with Variation Orders issued in writing by the Superintendent The Contract Sum is not subject to Rise and fall or Price Variation, nor shall it be subject to variation due to changes in foreign exchange rates. A non-mandatory but highly recommended Site information briefing will be held at Drouin West Clarkes Road basin site (https://maps.app.goo.gl/sotMCeAEbo5jn3vY9), Approximate chainage 2376.00 of drawing A1-76862, between Hearn St and Princess Way, Drouin Victoria at 10am AEST, Tuesday 25 August 2026. Registration is not compulsory.
