Bidding shall be conducted through Open National Procurement (ONP) Process using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Revised Edition of February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Project Coordination Office - Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project, No. 9, Suleiman Zubairu Street, Off Jolly Nyame Road, Jalingo, Taraba State, Nigeria and purchase the Bidding document during office hours 09;00 – 16;00 at the address given above.
  3. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN 200,000.00) only for each package. The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following: Bank: Zenith Bank; Account Number: 1310304626; Account Name: Taraba St L-PRES Project Bidding Account; Proof of payment to be presented at the address above. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before 12 noon on Thursday, 2nd July, 2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12 noon on Thursday, 2nd July, 2026.
  5. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of the amount stated in the table above.
  6. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
