  1. The Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES) Ekiti State Coordination Office (SCO), Ado-Ekiti intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Livestock Value Chain Hubs (Lots 1 – 5) in Ekiti State.
  2. The Ekiti State Project Implementation Unit, Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (Ekiti State L-PRES) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Livestock Value Chain Hubs grouped into Five (5) lots as tabulated below:

  1. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Revised Edition of February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from State Project Coordination Office - Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), ADP Compound, Agric Olope Road, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-1600 at the address given below.
  2. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Seventy-Five Thousand Naira only (NGN75,000.00) for One (1) lot only while additional lots will attract Fifty Thousand Naira only (NGN50,000.00) per other lot up to a maximum of 3 lots. The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer to the designated account below:

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 12:00 noon on Thursday 9th day of July, 2026.
