Construction of new circuit house at Narail District (Sub Head: Supply and installation of 1000 Kg 02(Two) Nos (6 stops Passenger) Lift Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: 1. Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2026-27) 2. Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate 3. Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2024-25 or FY 2025-26) obtained from NBR 4. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 5 years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT] 5. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Lift in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 105.00 lac in any government/semi government/autonomous/private organization within last 5 years from the date of IFT [regarding specific work experience, if it is done in any organization other than PWD, the certifying officer shall be a senior level official and that certificate shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of concerned working jurisdiction of PWD] 6. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 140.00 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than 28 days of the deadline for submission of Tender only. 7. Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license (FY 2026-27) obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board 8. Valid Manufacturer's authorization Letter for the proposed brand of Lift (Form e-PG3-6) 9. Valid up to date IRC 10. Assurance certificate for after sales service from the manufacturer /authorized Distributor 11. Has visited and examined the delivery and installation site and its surrounding in presence of PE or PE's representative 12. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & TDS & Tender documents. Location: Narail, Bangladesh. Tender Document Price: BDT 2500.
