Site Development & Construction of Steel Structure of Godown, Office cum Guest house, Ansar Barrack, Sub-Station & Generator room, External Toilet Block, Watch Tower, RCC Road, RCC Storm Drain, Pump House & U.G.W.R., Boundary Wall Main Gate & Guard room, Pond Works, Sub-Station Equipment (100KVA), Generator (60 KVA), Solar System Works (5 KW), External Electrification (Street Light) etc. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and Others Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Development Budget GOB. Eligibility Requirements: A) General experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] B) Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works at least ONE contract in the field of construction of steel structures i.e. steel structured go-down / steel structured industry building or other major steel structured installation works in Government/Semi-government/Corporation/Autonomous Organization successfully completed within the last 07(Seven) years, each with a value of at least Tk.30,00,00,000/=(Taka Thirty Crores Only) including component of steel structured works value at least Tk. 10,00,00,000/=(Taka Ten Crores Only) [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] RCC based works such as Road, Bridges/Flyover, Water Tank, Basement or work of similar nature will not be considered as Steel Structure works. C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50 Crores over the best 03(Three) years in the last 05(Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] Tenderer must submit proofs of the turnover amount by construction payments certificates received for contracts in progress or completed. Documentary evidence must be supplied in support of proper taxation and VAT imposition of payments D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be: Tk. 15 Crores. E) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 40 Crores. I) NOA, Work order, Payment certificates etc. which are related to completion certificate have to be submitted and it shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Authorized person of concerned department with official address, contact number and seal. (J) The tenderer must have own or hired valid ISO 9001 certificate. For hired, must be submitted declaration documents/deed of agreements with valid ISO 9001 certificate if awarded..
