Date: 27th October 2026 Program Name: CKE1135-NAIROBI WATER AND SANITATION PROJECT Project Name: CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR NORTHERN COLLECTOR TUNNEL (NCT) LAST MILE WATER SUPPLY WORKS IFB No: AWWDA/AFD/ NWSP/W-05/2025 Athi Water Works Development Agency (AWWDA) has received funds from Agence Française de Développement (“AFD”) towards the cost of CKE1135 – Nairobi Water and Sanitation Project) and now invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders for component 5 of the works for the Construction Works for Northern Collector Tunnel (NCT) Last Mile Water Supply Works All prospective bidders are hereby informed that an advert and a complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded from the AWWDA website: www.awwda.go.ke, and PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke, for free. Bidders who download the bidding document from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately to [email protected] , for records and any further clarifications and addenda. The Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit will take place on the 11th November 2026 at 9:00 am starting at Athi Water Plaza, Ground Floor Board Room along Muthaiga North Road thereafter a site visit will be conducted at the project site.
