Heifer International Kenya is seeking qualified individual consultants and consulting firms to lead the development of a dynamic and forward-looking three-year Country Strategy that will shape the future of Heifer Kenya’s programming, partnerships, resource mobilization, and learning agenda. This strategic assignment will align with Heifer Kenya’s Practice for Change (P4C) Signature Program and support the organization’s mission of enabling sustainable living incomes for smallholder farming households across Kenya.
We are looking for experienced consultants with strong expertise in strategy development, agribusiness, market systems, private sector engagement, and inclusive development approaches that integrate gender, youth, climate resilience, and access to finance. The assignment will include desk reviews, stakeholder consultations, strategic analysis, facilitation of validation workshops, and delivery of a high-quality Country Strategy document that will guide Heifer Kenya’s strategic direction over the coming years.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative agricultural development in Kenya by supporting innovative, market-driven solutions that strengthen livelihoods, farmer resilience, and inclusive economic growth.
