Description
The Ministry intends to undertake the construction of eight (8) two-storey office complexes with 2-unit 8 no. residential flats in eight selected regions of Ghana, six of which have no offices of the Attorney-General. The project aims to provide adequate office space and residential facilities to enhance operational efficiency, improve working conditions, and strengthen decentralized service delivery.
The Ministry therefore seeks to engage a qualified Transactional Advisor to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study for the proposed project in accordance with the national Public Investment Management guidelines.
