- The Government of Ghana has received financing from the IDA-World Bank towards the Ghana Tree Crop Diversification Project (GTCDP). Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) being the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) intends to apply part of the proceeds to fund eligible payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF 10NO. 2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Quotation (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” seventh edition dated September 2025 which can be found at the following website: www.worldbank.org/procure (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 0900-to-1600-hour local time at the address ‘A’ given below from the day of the advertisement.
4. A complete set of bid documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address “A” below upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS1,000.00) for the bid document. The document will be sent via email.
5. Bids (One Original, Two Hard Copies and One Soft Copy on a Pen drive) must be delivered to the address “B” at or before 10am, Friday, 29th May 2026. Late submissions shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or/their representatives who choose to attend at address “B” below at 10am, Friday, 29thMay 2026.
6. Bidders are hereby advised that all official communications relating to this procurement process shall be issued through the email address specified below. Bidders shall provide valid and active email addresses and regularly check them throughout the procurement process. The Purchaser shall not be liable where a Bidder fails to receive or respond to communications due to an invalid email address or failure to monitor emails.
