Description

Novari would like, as with the previous VIGO system, that it is the counties through Novari who have full ownership of the new system, including that the solution is proprietary and is not built on a third-party platform. Tenderers shall have end-to-end responsibility for a New system independent of the contract model. The new system shall be scaleable for flexibility and innovation, so that new technology and new, good systems can be implemented and put to use.
