Original language: PortugueseContratação de empresa especializada na prestação de serviços de controle de pragas urbanas, compreendendo desinsetização e desratização, incluindo o controle de insetos rasteiros, voadores, aracnídeos e roedores, a serem executados em todas as dependências internas e externas da Câmara Municipal de Sarandi, conforme condições e exigências estabelecidas no Termo de Referência e seus anexos.
2.1. A presente contratação tem por finalidade garantir adequadas condições de salubridade, higiene e segurança sanitária nas dependências internas e externas da Câmara Municipal de Sarandi, mediante a execução contínua e preventiva de serviços especializados de controle de pragas urbanas, compreendendo desinsetização, desratização e monitoramento técnico periódico.
2.2.A necessidade da contratação decorre da obrigatoriedade de adoção de medidas preventivas e corretivas destinadas ao controle de vetores e pragas urbanas em ambientes coletivos e institucionais, especialmente aqueles com circulação permanente de servidores, agentes públicos, prestadores de serviço e munícipes. Tais medidas visam minimizar riscos à saúde pública, prevenir contaminações, evitar danos ao patrimônio público e assegurar condições adequadas de funcionamento das atividades administrativas e legislativas.
2.3.Os serviços deverão abranger o controle de insetos rasteiros, voadores, aracnídeos e roedores, incluindo, entre outros, baratas, formigas, mosquitos, aranhas, escorpiões e ratos, mediante aplicação de técnicas, produtos e procedimentos apropriados, observando-se rigorosamente as normas sanitárias vigentes.
2.4.A contratação encontra respaldo nas diretrizes estabelecidas pela ANVISA, especialmente na RDC nº 622, de 2022, que dispõe sobre o funcionamento de empresas especializadas na prestação de serviço de controle de vetores e pragas urbanas, estabelecendo requisitos sanitários para execução segura, eficaz e ambientalmente adequada desses serviços.
