10.6 Mecanismo de resolución de empates:
En caso de existir un empate entre dos o más oferentes respecto del puntaje total obtenido en la evaluación de las ofertas para un producto en particular, se utilizará como criterio de desempate los puntajes obtenidos en los siguientes criterios de evaluación, según el siguiente orden de prelación:
Finalmente, en caso de persistir el empate, se adjudicará al oferente que hubiese ingresado primero su oferta en www.mercadopublico.cl, considerando la fecha y hora de ingreso de su oferta.
