En el caso de producirse igualdad en el puntaje final prevalecerá el mayor puntaje obtenido en el criterio económico. De mantenerse la igualdad, prevalecerá el puntaje obtenido en el criterio técnico. Si existe igualdad en el criterio técnico, se adjudicará al oferente que obtenga mayor puntaje en el criterio de experiencia. De mantenerse la igualdad, se adjudicará quien obtenga mayor puntaje en los plazos comprometidos. Finalmente, de mantenerse la igualdad, se adjudicará a aquel oferente que haya ingresado primero su propuesta en el portal mercado público considerándose la hora en que aquello se efectúe.
Todas las consultas que se generen una vez adjudicada la licitación deberán ser formuladas a través del portal www.mercadopublico.cl. Las respuestas serán publicadas por el mismo medio.
El oferente declara que, por el sólo hecho de participar en la presente licitación, acepta expresamente el presente pacto de integridad, obligándose a cumplir con todas y cada una de las estipulaciones que contenidas el mismo, sin perjuicio de las que se señalen en el resto de las bases de licitación y demás documentos integrantes. Especialmente, el oferente acepta el suministrar toda la información y documentación que sea considerada necesaria y exigida de acuerdo con las presentes bases de licitación, asumiendo expresamente los siguientes compromisos:
