Description

CQUniversity (CQU) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to design and construct a Student Recreation Space within Building ROK034 by converting two (2) existing teaching spaces (Rooms G.08 and G.10) into one (1) room. The project forms part of the Rockhampton TAFE Excellence Precinct Project and supports CQUniversity's commitment to enhancing the student experience by providing informal spaces where students can socialise, have meals and relax between classes. The project will be delivered under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract - AS4902-2000 (Amended). CQUniversity has developed concept drawings to establish the intended layout and design direction. These drawings are provided as part of the tender documentation and are to be used as the basis for further design development.
