Crash Recovery System
Opdrachtgever: Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid
Het NIPV is voornemens om, indien geen andere geschikte aanbieders blijken te bestaan, via een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging een overeenkomst met deze partij af te sluiten. Voor deze procedure is gekozen omdat mededinging om technische redenen ontbreekt. Onder deze omstandigheden biedt Artikel 2.32 Aanbestedingswet 2012 lid 1b aanbestedende diensten de mogelijkheid een opdracht rechtstreeks aan een voorkeurspartij te gunnen.
Indien een onderneming bezwaar wil maken tegen het voornemen van het NIPV om de opdracht via een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging aan te gunnen aan Bliksund The Netherlands B.V, dient dit bezwaar binnen een vervaltermijn van twintig (20) kalenderdagen na publicatie uiterlijk op 19 januari 2026, kenbaar te worden gemaakt via de berichtenmodule van TenderNed.
