Forward Digital MENA is implementing the Digital Skilling for Employment in Lebanon (DSE) Project, financed through the Dutch PROSPECTS Fund, administered by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the “World Bank”), and implemented through a Recipient-Executed Trust Fund (RETF) by Forward Digital MENA.

Forward Digital MENA invites quotations from eligible suppliers for the provision of CRM software subscriptions for the nammiskills Platform V2.

The proposed CRM solution should support, among other requirements:

  • Centralized user data management;
  • User journey and event tracking;
  • User segmentation;
  • Automated workflows and engagement;
  • Campaign management;
  • Analytics and reporting;
  • Business Intelligence and data-access capabilities;
  • API and integration capabilities with nammiskills and other relevant third-party systems; and
  • Administrative and user-management capabilities.
