Description

Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beschaffung eines CRM-Systems für den Marktbereich der Westfalen Weser Gruppe. Das Ziel ist die Kundeninformationen der unterschiedlichen Geschäftsbereiche zu bündeln, um einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf die Kundeninteraktionen zu bekommen. Von einem zukünftigen AN erwartet der AG eine leistungsfähige und benutzerfreundliche Lösung, die flexibel an zukünftige Anforderungen angepasst werden kann. Der AN soll darüber hinaus umfassende Unterstützung bei der Implementierung, Schulung der Anwender sowie bei der technischen Integration in die bestehende Systemlandschaft des AG leisten. Die zu beschaffende Softwarelösung soll in die bestehende Systemlandschaft des AG integriert werden. Das CRM soll als Cloud-basierte SaaS-Lösung angeboten und integriert werden. Die Integration erfolgt netzwerkseitig in das Corporate Network (CN), in dem auch die Benutzer des AG mit ihren Clients arbeiten.
