1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę skanerów wielkoformatowych przeznaczonych do digitalizacji zbiorów bibliotecznych i archiwalnych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Załączniku nr 1a do SWZ oraz w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy stanowiących Załącznik nr 10a do SWZ. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać zakresie: Części 1 zamówienia w terminie do 4 tygodni od dnia zawarcia umowy. 3. Zamawiający wymaga wniesienia wadium odpowiednio dla Części 1 zamówienia – Skanery dziełowe w wysokości: 14 000,00 zł (słownie: czternaście tysięcy złotych 00/100). 4. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest w postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego wraz z ofertą (Formularzem ofertowym, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ i Formularzem wymaganych minimalnych parametrów technicznych, stanowiącego Załącznik nr 3a do SWZ) złożyć przedmiotowe środki dowodowe, opisane w Rozdziale IX SWZ.
