DACIA warranty

The repair and maintenance service for vehicles and related equipment, including the supply of spare parts and the periodic technical inspection service for vehicles of the Mureș County Police Inspectorate, will be carried out in accordance with the requirements described in the procurement data sheet and the technical specifications in the tender documentation for 4 Dacia brand vehicles under warranty, for a period of 24 months from the contract award date. Estimated value excluding VAT (RON) for the minimum quantities of services and products that may be subject to a single subsequent contract: 800.00; Estimated value excluding VAT (RON) for the maximum quantities of services and products that may be subject to a single subsequent contract: 8,000.00. The bidder shall constitute a participation guarantee in the amount of: Lot 1: 80.00 RON (1% of the estimated value of the largest subsequent contract, excluding VAT). The maximum and minimum quantities of products and services related to the framework agreement are in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation related to the procurement data sheet. Estimated schedule for awarding subsequent contracts: - the period between the date of signing the framework agreement and the next 24 months, and the value amounts of each subsequent contract will be established based on the needs that are the subject of the subsequent contract and the financial resources available to the contracting authority. - if, after awarding the framework agreement, sufficient funds are allocated, at least one subsequent supply contract will be concluded monthly. - duration of the subsequent contract: 30 days.
