Obiectivul general al serviciilor de consultanță și asistență tehnică îl constituie asigurarea suportului pe perioada de evaluare a cererii de finanțare și de implementare a proiectului ”SISTEM DE MANAGEMENT INTEGRAT AL DEȘEURILOR ÎN JUDEȚUL BRAȘOV” conform condițiilor din contractul de finanțare. Obiective specifice: Obiectivul Specific 1: Asistență tehnică pe perioada de evaluare a cererii de finanţare și a contractării realizate de către MIPE-AM PDD Obiectivul Specific 2: Întocmirea documentațiilor de atribuire pentru contractele de achiziție publică din cadrul Proiectului SMID Obiectivul Specific 3: Asistență tehnică de specialitate pe perioada desfășurării procedurilor de atribuire, până la atribuirea contractelor de achiziție publică și semnarea lor Obiectivul Specific 4: Suport în managementul de proiect, respectiv pentru implementarea Proiectului Obiectivul Specific 5: Asistență tehnică în vederea delegării activităților de salubrizare din cadrul SMID în județul Brașov
