Agency: UNFPA | Reference: UNFPA-SEN-00007,1 | Type: Invitation to bid In preparation for the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games (YOG), the United Nations System (UNS) in Senegal, under the leadership of UNFPA as head of the Youth Task Force, plans to organize a major joint initiative entitled "Youth and SDGs Pathway". This activity aims to capitalize on the sporting dynamic and enthusiasm to respond innovatively to the crucial challenges facing Senegalese youth (who represent more than 75% of the population under 35 according to ANSD). To this end, UNFPA, head of the Youth Task Force, is launching a call for tenders to recruit a specialized event agency to ensure the technical design, logistical coordination, digital platform development, and overall implementation of this connected walking tour scheduled for August 23, 2026. 1. Objectives The objective of the mission entrusted to the agency is to design, coordinate, secure, and deploy the entirety of the connected walking tour "Youth and SDGs Pathway", which should mobilize at least 300 young people physically (and thousands online) through an immersive, interactive, and fun awareness-raising experience. "Recruitment of an event agency for the general coordination of the 'SR Olympics'" scheduled for August 22 and 23 at the Place du Souvenir." For this purpose, UNFPA is seeking qualified offers for the services mentioned below and in the attached ToRs, including: I. Ensure general coordination of the event - Identify the venue, obtain necessary permits, and ensure contracting - Set up and model the venue according to the planned activities - Ensure supervision of general logistics (printing of documents, participant guidance, security, cleanliness, catering, sound system, etc.) - Develop and have the detailed activity program validated by UNFPA - Organize the various activities: capacity-building sessions, opening and closing ceremonies, stand setup, entertainment, etc. - Identify and ensure the support of 02 coaches (emotional intelligence/personal development, and entrepreneurship) responsible for leading the various activities with UNFPA's support - Set up and manage the event secretariat, providing a master of ceremonies as well as competent, respectful, and professional hostesses (male or female) and an animator II. Ensure communication and promotion of the event - Design an innovative visual identity for the event while adhering to UNFPA's graphic charter and usual brand image, as well as maintaining the institutional identity of UNFPA as a whole - Adapt the event's visual identity by producing various logistical and communication materials (digital and physical), but not necessarily limited to: registration forms, press releases, program brochures, badges, banners, outdoor signage, photocall/photobooth, game cards (for the Olympics), participation trophies, and winner cups, etc. - Ensure the branding of the venue with the tools that will be provided by UNFPA - Support media and digital coverage with the team that will be set up for this purpose by UNFPA - Ensure UNFPA validation of materials to comply with UNFPA's visual identity and charter III.
