Ben jij de ervaren data-analist die ons tijdelijk kan ondersteunen bij het afbouwen van een dashboard contractmanagement Wmo begeleiding? Als data-analist sociaal domein (Wmo) ben jij diegene die ervoor zorgt dat de contractmanagers Wmo begeleiding toegang hebben tot complete en betrouwbare stuurinformatie. Inzicht in juiste en actuele cijfers is voor contractmanagement essentieel om optimaal de werkzaamheden vooruit te kunnen voeren. Jouw werk draagt dus direct bij aan betere zorg in Oldambt ?n de regio. Dit is een kortdurende opdracht tot het einde van het jaar waarbij de kandidaat direct resultaat moet kunnen laten zien met een uiterst korte inwerktijd. Om die reden zijn er een groot aantal harde eisen gesteld. Wat ga je doen? Je werk draagt bij aan een complex zorglandschap in de regio Oost-Groningen. Dagelijks werk je nauw samen met het team Sociaal Domein, de teammanager en diverse collega?s betrokken bij de data aanlevering om een dashboard te realiseren in Power BI, waarin op effici?nte en adequate wijze gegevens beschikbaar komen, op basis van zo actueel mogelijke data. Dit doe je niet alleen voor gemeente Oldambt, maar ook voor twee collega gemeenten in de Oost-Groningse regio. Concreet betekent dit dat je: Een uniforme wijze van rapporteren realiseert voor de drie betrokken gemeenten;Actief de informatiebehoeften ophaalt bij afdelingsmanager Sociaal Domein en contractmanagers Wmo;Data analyseert en de vertaalslag maakt voor de uitvoering van het contract Wmo begeleiding en financi?le stuurinformatie voor de teammanager Sociaal Domein;Integraal samenwerkt met andere teams en gemeenten;De collega?s van contractmanagement coacht in het gebruik van het dashboard.
