The objective pursued by this documentation is to maintain the SAP S/4 HANA transactional reporting and recording system in optimal operating parameters. The value of the framework agreement was estimated according to the budgetary items, taking into account the quantity of effort (man-days) allocated for preventive, corrective, and support maintenance services, on the one hand, and the quantity of effort (man-days) allocated for ABAP development services - permanent maintenance, on the other. The estimated value of the procurement for the 36-month period was calculated based on an estimated unit price of 400 euros / man-day for a maximum estimated quantity of 1152 man-days for 36 months (32 man-days/month x 36 months), detailed as follows: • The maximum estimated value of the framework agreement (36 months) is 460,800 euros excluding VAT, for a maximum quantity of 1152 man-days (32 man-days/month x 36 months), broken down as follows: - Preventive, corrective, and support maintenance services, in the amount of 216,000 euros excluding VAT, for a maximum quantity of 540 man-days (15 man-days/month x 36 months), with a unit price of 400 euros excluding VAT, respectively: 540 man-days x 400 euros excluding VAT / man-day = 216,000 euros excluding VAT. - Permanent maintenance services, in the amount of 244,800 euros excluding VAT, for a maximum quantity of 612 man-days (17 man-days/month x 36 months), with a unit price of 400 euros excluding VAT, respectively: 612 man-days x 400 euros excluding VAT / man-day = 244,800 euros excluding VAT. • The minimum estimated value of the framework agreement (36 months) is 115,200 euros excluding VAT, for a minimum quantity of 288 man-days (8 man-days/month x 36 months), broken down as follows: - Preventive, corrective, and support maintenance services, in the amount of 115,200 euros excluding VAT, for a maximum quantity of 288 man-days (8 man-days/month x 36 months), with a unit price of 400 euros excluding VAT, respectively: 288 man-days x 400 euros excluding VAT / man-day = 115,200 euros excluding VAT. • The value of the largest subsequent contract (12 months) is 153,600 euros excluding VAT, for a quantity of 384 man-days (32 man-days/month x 12 months), broken down as follows: - Preventive, corrective, and support maintenance services, in the amount of 72,000 euros excluding VAT, for a maximum quantity of 180 man-days (15 man-days/month x 12 months), with a unit price of 400 euros excluding VAT, respectively: 180 man-days x 400 euros excluding VAT / man-day = 72,000 euros excluding VAT. - Permanent maintenance services, in the amount of 81,600 euros excluding VAT, for a maximum quantity of 204 man-days (17 man-days/month x 12 months), with a unit price of 400 euros excluding VAT, respectively: 204 man-days x 400 euros excluding VAT / man-day = 81,600 euros excluding VAT. • The value of the smallest subsequent contract (1 month) is 3,200 euros excluding VAT, for a quantity of 8 man-days (8 man-days/month x 1 month), broken down as follows: - Preventive, corrective, and support maintenance services, in the amount of 3,200 euros excluding VAT, for a quantity of 8 man-days (8 man-days/month x 1 month), with a unit price of 400 euros excluding VAT, respectively: 8 man-days x 400 euros excluding VAT / man-day = 3,200 euros excluding VAT. Within the framework agreement, at least 3 subsequent contracts will be concluded, usually annually or depending on the contracting authority's needs. The minimum and maximum quantities (implicitly the values) that the contracting authority initially establishes in the award documentation and, subsequently, in the framework agreement, represent estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities/values that will be purchased. The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase the full quantities of the framework agreement.
