Obiectul contractului de achizitie publica Furnizare a 79 de tramvaie noi de 36m, cu autonomie, cu podea complet coborâtă pe toată lungimea vehiculului, cu rampă pentru accesul cărucioarelor persoanelor cu dizabilităţi, aer condiţionat în salonul de călători si dotări suplimentare necesare pentru confortul și informarea călătorilor, destinate transportului urban de călători în Municipiul Bucureşti. Furnizorul se obligă să livreze produsele conform graficului de livrare menţionat în Anexa 10 la caietul de sarcini, durata contractului este de 30 de luni (livrare, activitati tehnice de testare si receptie a produselor), la care se adaugă durata perioadei de garanție FULL WARRANTY declarata in oferta câștigătoare, de minim 60 luni.
