Original language: roȚinând cont de prevederile: -Legii nr.207/2015, privind Codul de procedură fiscală, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, respectiv art. 47 referitor la comunicarea actului administrativ fiscal, art. 7 privind rolul activ al organului fiscal, art.95 privind decizia de impunere emisă de organul fiscal, art. 215 referitor la prescriptia dreptului de a cere executarea silită; - ale Ordinului nr.3097/2016, pentru aplicarea prevederilor art.46 alin.(8) și art 47 alin.(9) din Legea nr.207/2015, privind Codul de procedură fiscală, cu modificările și completările ulterioare și de - imposibilitatea realizării acestor cerințe legale cu resurse proprii, este necesară achiziția unor servicii de tipărire prin intermediul unui centru de imprimare masivă a corespondentei (decizii de impunere, somații, titluri executorii, instiintari de poprire, notificari, etc), servicii care să includă și împlicuirea și livrarea acestora către contribuabili. Cantitate minimă și maximă estimată acord cadru/an: CS1 mai-oct 2025: min 15.000 și maxim 60.000 trimiteri cu confirmare de primire CS 2 iunie-oct 2025: min 10.000 și max 40.000 trimiteri fără confirmare de primire CS 3 iunie-oct 2025: min 5.000 și max 20.000 trimiteri cu confirmare de primire CS 4 nov-dec 2025: min 25.000 și max. 100.000 trimiteri cu confirmare de primire CS 5 ian-aprilie 2026: min 20.000 și max 80.000 trimiteri cu confirmare de primire Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face in functie de necesitatile autoritatii contractante, pe toata perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru, conditionat de existenta fondurilor bugetare.
