Proiectare, execuție lucrări și asistenţă tehnică din partea proiectantului pentru obiectivul de investitii: “Reparație capitală, modernizare, reabilitare termică și extindere sediul Tribunalului Sălaj și Judecătoriei Zalău”, str. Tudor Vladimirescu nr. 10, municipiul Zalău, județul Sălaj – rest de executat - 9125 Prezentul contract este un contract de lucrări, varianta CPEAT. Durata contractului este de 86 luni (2580 zile) și cuprinde:  proiectare: 2 lun (60 zile);  execuție: 24 lună (720 de zile);  perioada de garanție de bună execuție a lucrărilor: 60 luni (1800 zile).
