Description

Obiectul contractului il reprezintă Achiziția execuției lucrărilor și dotărilor pentru obiectivul de investiție “Vacanță pentru suflet în Teleorman”, investiție prin care se urmărește conservarea, restaurarea și valorificarea durabilă a monumentului istoric, precum și îmbunătățirea funcțională și peisagistică a incintei acestuia. Intervențiile asupra corpului C1 – monument istoric – urmăresc punerea în siguranță și restaurarea construcției, cu respectarea caracterului și valorii sale arhitecturale și istorice. Lucrările vor include, în principal, intervenții de consolidare și reparare a elementelor structurale, lucrări la fundații și zidării, intervenții asupra turnurilor și pridvorului, restaurarea învelitorii și șarpantei, restaurarea fațadelor și refacerea finisajelor și pardoselilor interioare, precum și realizarea lucrărilor aferente trotuarelor și rigolelor perimetrale. Prin realizarea investiției se urmărește conservarea, restaurarea și punerea în valoare a patrimoniului cultural reprezentat de monumentul istoric, precum și îmbunătățirea condițiilor de funcționare, acces și vizitare a ansamblului.
