Original language: roAutoritatea contractantă intentionează să încheie un acord-cadru cu maxim 3 ofertanţi ale căror oferte vor fi declarate admisibile după aplicarea criteriului de atribuire, cu valabilitate de 12 luni de la semnarea de către ultima parte. Modul de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente este prevazut in draftul acordului-cadru. Se estimează încheierea a minim 1 contract subsecvent și maxim 6 contracte subsecvente, aferente pentru fiecare navă participantă la misiuni. Se vor încheia contracte subsecvente trimestrial, la solicitarea Agenției Frontex aparținând Uniunii Europene: - minim 1 navă tip CPB, cu o valoare estimată de 503.753,00 euro / 2.569.140,30 lei, - maxim 1 navă tip OPV, cu o valoare estimată de 2.426.116,00 euro / 12.373.191,60 lei.
