se vor achizitiona 3 remorci forestiere cu brat de incarcare. Achizitia se va finaliza prin incheierea unui contract de furnizare in leasing financiar contract pe 28 de luni, cu pret ajustabil in euro. Modalitatea de plată solicitată constă în plata unui avans de 25% din valoarea produsului livrat, și plata în 24 de rate de leasing egale a restului de 75% din valoare. Avansul va fi achitat numai în baza unui instrument de garantare emis, în condiţiile legii, de o societate bancară sau de o societate de asigurări. Valabilitatea scrisorii de garantare a avansului trebuie să fie cu minim 30 de zile mai mare decât perioada de livrare asumată în cadrul propunerii tehnice.
