Obiectul prezentei proceduri il reprezinta: - achizitia de echipamente cu raxe X cu tunel mare, cu toate accesoriile aferente, inclusiv transport, instalare, punere in functiune si testare - platforma software si hardware de management centralizat a echipamentului cu raze X (server, licente software sisteme, instalare sii configurare) - prestarea serviciilor de instruire pentru operarea, administrarea si intretinerea echipamentelor - întreținere și reparații în perioada de garanție și postgaranție, cu asigurarea unui stoc operativ de piese de schimb Valoarea maxima estimata a acordului-cadru este de 3.786.156 euro, exclusiv TVA Valoare minima estimata a acordului-cadru este de 1.608.288 euro, exclusiv TVA Valoarea maxima estimata a contractului subsecvent este de 1.608.288 euro, exclusiv TVA. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in functie de necesitatile entitatii contractante. Durata contractului subsecvent este de maxim 52 de luni, perioada care cuprinde termenul de livrare, instalare si punere in functiune (maxim 90 de zile), teste de acceptanta si receptie (maxim 30 de zile) si perioada de garantie si post garantie.
