Obiectul acordului cadru il reprezinta atribuirea unui Acord-cadru de prestări „Serviciil integrate de facility management”, servicii ce vor fi realizate în activele cladiri si terenuri in care Beneficiarul isi desfasoara activitatea din judeţele: ARGES, DOLJ, OLT, GORJ, VALCEA, MEHEDINTI, TELEORMAN. Numărul clădirilor şi suprafeţele acestora exprimate in mp care vor fi gestionate de către Prestatorul selectat (începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2022, sunt cele redate in anexele la caietul de sarcini. (Anexa nr. 1 si Anexa nr. 2) Anexele conţin informaţii despre activele suprafeţe interioare si exterioare activelor administrate, despre nr de persoane care utilizeaza curent spatiile, utilizate in cladirile care sunt administrate de către serviciul Facility Management , despre numarul de personal, (numit în continuare Beneficiar). Se doreste atribuirea unui acord cadru de prestari servicii , cu o durata de 48 luni, incepand cu data de 01.01.2023. Se vor intocmi contracte subsecvente anuale. Volumele maxime si minime pentru acordul cadru si contractul subsecvent se regasesc in Caietul de Sarcini, la cap. 3.3. Valorile maxime si minime estimate pentru acordul cadru si contractul subsecvent sunt urmatoarele: Valoare maxima estimata acord cadru: 9.794.182,94 lei fara TVA Valoare minima estimata acord cadru: 7.453.699,52 lei fara TVA Valoare estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 2.236.345,61 lei fara TVA Valoare estimata a celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 1.931.609,28 lei fara TVA
