Obiectul achiziției constă în prestarea serviciilor de colectare, transport specializat și neutralizare/eliminare finală prin incinerare a deșeurilor medicale periculoase și infecțioase,. Necesitatea acestor servicii este determinată de caracterul imperativ al legislației privind sănătatea publică, asigurând menținerea standardelor de biosecuritate în cadrul unității sanitare,. Cantitățile estimate pentru întreaga durată a acordului-cadru de 48 de luni sunt următoarele: Cantitate minimă (AC 4 ani): 6.350 kg. Cantitate maximă (AC 4 ani): 935.000 kg. Pentru un singur contract subsecvent, limitele cantitative sunt: Cantitate minimă: 10 kg. Cantitate maximă: 6.350 kg. Cerințe specifice: Operatorii economici au obligația de a oferta un singur preț unitar per kilogram (fără TVA), care va fi aplicat uniform pentru toate categoriile de deșeuri (diverse coduri CED), deoarece acestea nu se cântăresc separat pe tipuri la momentul preluării. Prețul ofertat va include obligatoriu toate costurile pentru colectare, transport specializat ADR, eliminare prin incinerare și furnizarea recipientelor/ambalajelor specifice necesare. Prestatorul trebuie să garanteze trasabilitatea deșeurilor și respectarea riguroasă a graficului de colectare stabilit,
