Achizitia publica are ca obiect: “Servicii de igienizare si asigurare a curățeniei: Spatii de servicii A3 – Subsectiunea Nusfalau – Suplacu de Barcau km 69+150 Calea I / Calea II” - cuprinde 2 parcari efective, si grupurile sanitare aferente, destinate utilizarii participantilor la trafic. Prestarea serviciilor de curăţenie si igienizare a spatiilor interioare se va desfasura pe o suprafaţă din gresie/faianta ocupată de grupuri sanitare. Grupurile sanitare sunt echipate fiecare cu WC-uri, pisoare, chiuvete, oglinzi si suprafete vitrate. Prestarea serviciilor consta si in activitati specifice intretinerii curateniei suprafetelor exterioare – atat a imobilelor, cat si a spatiului aferent. Acesta este compus din spatii verzi, spatii pietonale, de recreere, alei betonate, dotate cu mobilier exterior (mese, banci), dar si din suprafete bituminoase aferente parcarilor autovehiculelor. Prestarea de servicii ce urmeaza a se executa în spațiile/locațiile aparținând beneficiarului constau în: i. Servicii de curățenie interioară uzuale pentru grupurile sanitare, ii. Servicii de curățenie exterioară uzuale, iii. Servicii speciale - servicii DDD (deratizare, dezinfecție, dezinsecție) a spațiilor, iv. Servicii de vidanjare si/sau ridicarea si evacuarea deseurilor menajere (unde este cazul).
