Prestare servicii de proiectare pentru investiția ” Amenajare drum tehnologic și de patrulare în incinta Aeroportului Internațional Henri Coandă București – secțiunea Poarta de control-acces P6 – pasaj November – Platforma 1” constând în: - elaborare documentație pentru obținerea certificatului de urbanism; - elaborare documentație pentru obținerea avizelor/acordurilor solicitate în CU; - elaborare documentație tehnică pentru autorizația de construire (DTAC), demolare (DTAD- inclusiv expertiza tehnica), organizare de santier(DTOE); - actualizare proiect tehnic de execuție pentru obiectul 1 - drum tehnologic și de patrulare, din investiție; - elaborare proiect tehnic de execuție pentru obiectul 2 - punct de control acces și securitate în CPSRA, din investiție; - elaborare documentație AS-BUILT; Prestare servicii de asistență tehnică pe perioada de execuție a lucrărilor și în perioada de garanție a acestora; Execuția lucrărilor pentru investiția ” Amenajare drum tehnologic și de patrulare în incinta Aeroportului Internațional Henri Coandă București – secțiunea Poarta de control-acces P6 – pasaj November – Platforma 1”. Servicii de proiectare (actualizare PTE, PTE) si asistenta tehnica pe perioada de executie si garantie a lucrarilor: 2.105.891,88 lei, fara TVA; b. Executie lucrari: 40.011.945,65 lei, fara TVA.
