Investitia vizeaza reparatii si remedieri necesare efectuarii receptiei la terminarea lucrarilor la pasajul rutier denivelat suprateran Basarab conform concluziilor si recomandarilor expertizei tehnice din 2023, actualizata in 2025. Obiectivul se afla in zona de Nord-Vest a municipiului Bucuresti, se suprapune cu Soseaua Grozavesti-Soseaua Orhideelor-Bulevardul Nicolae Titulescu. Pasajul denivelat care face obiectul prezentei documentatii are urmatoarele functiuni principale: • Subtraversarea căilor ferate din zona Gării de Nord–Basarab, • Subtraversarea râului Dâmbovița. • Circulația rutieră pe câte două fire de circulație pe sens și relațiile de circulație cu: Calea Plevnei, Calea Giulești, Calea Griviței, Șoseaua Grozăvești, zona comercială Orhideea. • Circulația tramvaielor pe pasaje și rampe, • circulația tramvaielor pe pasajul Hobanat, • un acces facil de la stația de tramvai de pe podul principal la tramă stradală și la metrou.
