Obiectul contractului il constituie proiectarea, asistența tehnică si construirea unui complex educațional multifunctional in cartierul Henri Coanda compus din imobile cu destinația de învățământ având următorul amplasament: corpul A – școala gimnazială – Sc = 1770 mp, Sd supraterană = 5825 mp, regim de înălțime D+P+3E corpul B – grădinița – Sc = 1400mp, Sd = 4085 mp, regim de înălțime P+1E+2Er; corpul C – sala de sport și bazin de înot – Sc = 1265 mp, Sd = 4435 mp (inclusiv subsolul tehnic) regim de înălțime S+D+P+M+1E; SPAȚII VERZI PLANTATE LA NIVELUL SOLULUI CU STRAT VEGETAL – 7695.00 mp echivalentul a cca. 45.80% din suprafața terenului ZONA TEREN MULTISPORT SI LOCURI DE JOACA – 2917.00 mp. ZONE ALEI + PLATFORME – 1750.00 mp. La baza determinarii valorii estimate a contractului a stat Devizul general elaborat in Studiu de fezabilitate: Cap 1.2. Amenajarea terenului – 3.986.456,20 lei fara TVA Cap 1.3. Amenajări pentru protecţia mediului și aducerea terenului la starea inițială – 580.765,60 lei fara TVA Cap 3.5.4. Documentațiile tehnice necesare în vederea obținerii avizelor / acordurilor / autorizațiilor– 1.550.000,00 lei fara TVA Cap 3.5.6. Proiect tehnic și detalii de execuție – 1.950.000,00 lei fara TVA Cap 3.8.1.1 Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului pe perioada de execuție a lucrărilor – 244.099,20 lei fara TVA Cap 3.8.1.2 Asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului pentru participarea proiectantului la fazele incluse în programul de control al lucrărilor de execuție, avizat de către Inspectoratul de Stat în Construcții – 162.732,80 lei fara TVA Cap 4.1. Constructii si instalatii – 117.996.815,63 lei fara TVA Cap 4.2. Montaj utilaje si echipamente tehnologice – 6.616.693,08 lei fara TVA Cap 4.3. Utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale care necesita montaj – 22.055.643,60 lei fara TVA Cap 5.1.1 Lucrari de constructii si instalatii aferente organizarii de santier – 1.509.879,40 lei fara TVA. Cap 5.1.2 Cheltuieli conexe organizarii de santier – 754.939,70 lei fara TVA Cap 6.2. Probe tehnologice si teste – 30.000,00 lei fara TVA
