Valoare estimata de 114.939.186,57 lei fara TVA din care: - valoarea estimată C + M 111.261.711,81 lei fără TVA (din care 2.528.057,46 lei fara TVA Lucrari de constructii și instalatii aferente organizarii de santier); - valoarea estimată pentru serviciile de proiectare – 2.828.826,74 lei fara TVA; - valoarea estimată pentru serviciile de asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului – 848.648,02 lei fără TVA. Valoarea estimată a contractului ce urmează a fi atribuit nu cuprinde suma aferentă cheltuielilor diverse și neprevăzute, respectiv 22.252.342,36 lei fără TVA, precizată în bugetul proiectului (devizul general), acestea putând fi accesate, după caz, în funcție de necesități, prin modificarea contractului în condițiile prevăzute la art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice, cumodificările și completările ulterioare.
