Servicii de mentenanta, service și suport pentru sistemul de stocare Open-E JovianDSS, care are următoarea arhitectură: 2x noduri de procesare activ – pasiv - Maguay eXpertServer, cu următoarea configurație: • 2x Intel Xeon CPU E5-2623 v4 @ 2.60GHz • 256 GB RAM • 2x SSD 240 GB Mirror • 8x interfață Ethernet 1/10 Gb 2x sertare discuri - HGST G460-J-12 4U 60 Bay Storage Enclosure – 110 discuri (HDD 8 TB, SSD 400 GB, SSD 480 GB) 2x software Open-E JovianDSS – licență perpetuă 1024 TB (suport activ expirat). Echipamentele hardware sunt amplasate în sediul secundar ADR situat în strada Italiană nr. 22, sector 2, București. Ofertanții vor propune, în cadrul propunerii tehnice, una dintre următoarele variante de servicii de mentenanță hardware, ambele urmând să includă în mod obligatoriu reînnoirea suportului software conform pct. 3.3 lit. b): • Varianta Standard 8x5 – mentenanță corectivă la nivel de echipament hardware, cu timp de intervenție NBD (Next Business Day); • Varianta Premium 24x7 – mentenanță și suport premium pentru sistemul de stocare, inclusiv posibilitatea înlocuirii controllerelor de stocare existente cu modele de generație superioară, cu timp de intervenție și disponibilitate extinse. Reînnoire suport Open-E JovianDSS: 2x reînnoire, 1 an, pentru minimum 512 TB per nod; • Tip suport: minimum Standard – Email, Telefon (acceptat și suport Premium 24x7, dacă este ofertat); • Include Software Major Updates; • Timp de răspuns: o Severity 1: 4h (ex. probleme care fac sistemul complet indisponibil: lipsă acces la date pe protocoalele storage-ului, sistemul a cedat, alterare de date); o Severity 2: 8h (ex. instalarea unui nou hardware nu este recunoscută de sistemul de operare Open-E JovianDSS, probleme de replicare date, dar date intacte); o Severity 3: 24h (întrebări legate de funcționalitățile software-ului, compatibilitate hardware etc.).
