Servicii de dezvoltare de software personalizat și accesorii în cadrul proiectului “Dezvoltarea unui sistem integrat de recunoaștere facială și soluții de videoconferință pentru ședințe oficiale și interacțiuni cu cetățenii în Mun. Miercurea-Ciuc și Comuna Leliceni”. Obiectul contractului ce rezultă din această procedură este prestarea serviciilor identificate în documentațiile tehnice și anexele aferente. Prezentul proiect are următoarele obiective: ➢ 1. Implementarea unui sistem de autentificare prin recunoaștere facială pentru a facilita accesul rapid și eficient la birourile primăriei, contribuind la reducerea cozilor și a timpului de așteptare. - SOLUȚIE CONTROL ACCES DIGITAL ÎN PRIMĂRIE ➢ 2. Implementarea unui modul destinat gestionării automate a pontajelor, concediilor și statisticilor de prezență, optimizând astfel procesele administrative interne. - SOLUȚIE DE RESURSE UMANE ➢ 3. Utilizarea tehnologiei avansate pentru a înregistra ședințele oficiale și a transforma automat înregistrările audio în transcrieri scrise, facilitând astfel accesul la informații. - SOLUȚIE DE ÎNREGISTRARE, DOCUMENTARE ȘI DISEMINARE A ȘEDINȚELOR ➢ 4. Crearea unor canale diverse de comunicare pentru cetățeni, inclusiv chatbots pentru asistență non-stop și implementarea unui sistem de bugetare participativă, permițând cetățenilor să se implice activ în deciziile administrative - SOLUȚIE DE COMUNICARE CU CETĂȚENII ȘI BUGETARE PARTICIPATIVĂ ➢ 5. Oferirea de materiale educative și sesiuni informative pentru a conștientiza cetățenii despre importanța participării lor în procesul bugetării, precum și despre alte subiecte relevante pentru comunitate - SOLUȚIE DE EDUCARE ȘI DEZVOLTARE DURABILĂ
