Viitorul operator va presta activitatea de colectare separată și transport separat al deșeurilor municipale pentru: - o cantitate totală colectată estimată de deșeuri municipale de aprox. de 15.547 tone/an - o cantitate totală estimată din fluxuri speciale de 1852 tone/an. Valoarea redevenței pe care operatorul o va plăti Consiliului Județean Sibiu este de 139.802,72 lei/an pentru activitatea de colectare și transport, aceasta fiind stabilită ca sumă fixă, calculată similar amortizării bunurilor proprietate publică, și se va include în fișele de fundamentare ale următoarelor tarife astfel: - in tariful de colectare și transport deșeuri reziduale: suma de 113.212,24 lei - în tariful de colectare și transport deșeuri reciclabile: suma de 12.288,66 lei - în tariful de colectare și transport deșeuri biodegradabile: suma de 14.301,82 lei Cuantumul redevenţei se va actualiza cu IPC total comunicat de Institutul Naţional de Statistică la solicitarea de modificarea sau ajustare a tarifelor. Tarifele ofertate nu pot fi mai mari decât tarifele maximale de: - tarif colectare deșeuri reciclabile: 1466 lei/to fără TVA, sub sancțiunea respingerii ofertei ca fiind neconforme în situația în care oricare dintre tarifele ofertate depășesc nivelul tarifelor maximale impuse. - tarif colectare deșeuri reziduale (inclusiv deșeuri periculoase din menajere și deșeuri textile): 438 lei/to fără TVA, sub sancțiunea respingerii ofertei ca fiind neconforme în situația în care oricare dintre tarifele ofertate depășesc nivelul tarifelor maximale impuse. - tarif colectare deșeuri biodegradabile: 846 lei/to fără TVA, sub sancțiunea respingerii ofertei ca fiind neconforme în situația în care oricare dintre tarifele ofertate depășesc nivelul tarifelor maximale impuse. - tarif colectare DCD, deșeuri abandonate, deșeuri abandonate din construcții: 438lei/to fără TVA, sub sancțiunea respingerii ofertei ca fiind neconforme în situația în care oricare dintre tarifele ofertate depășesc nivelul tarifelor maximale impuse.
