Description

Lucrările au ca scop creșterea performanței energetice a clădirii Corp B, respectiv reducerea consumurilor energetice în condițiile asigurării și menținerii climatului termic interior și atingerea nivelului NZEB. Clădirea are funcțiune educațională (spații didactice), regim de înălțime P+2E, suprafață construită de 594,00 m², suprafață desfășurată de 1.782,00 m², volum încălzit de 4.889 m³ și suprafață utilă încălzită (Aref) de 1.442,11 m². Intervențiile vizează reabilitarea termică a anvelopei (pereți, soclu, planșeu peste ultimul nivel), refacerea acoperișului în variantă terasă termo- și hidroizolată, înlocuirea tâmplăriei exterioare, modernizarea instalațiilor de încălzire, sanitare și de ventilare cu recuperare de căldură, realizarea unei instalații electrice noi cu iluminat LED și senzori, precum și montarea unui sistem fotovoltaic hibrid de 30 kWp cu sistem de stocare a energiei. Sunt incluse și lucrări conexe (reparații locale ale elementelor de beton, trotuare de protecție, refaceri de finisaje), cu respectarea principiului DNSH.
