Lucrările vizează creșterea eficienței energetice a Blocului 55 situat pe Bulevardul Păcii din Municipiul Lupeni. Lucrările contribuie în mod direct la realizarea obiectivului specific al Intervenției Regionale 3.1.A – Creșterea eficienței energetice a clădirilor rezidențiale multifamiliale, prin următoarele aspecte esențiale: (1) Reducerea consumului de energie primară: Proiectul prevede lucrări de reabilitare energetică ce vor conduce la diminuarea consumului de energie primară cu 70% față de nivelul actual și scăderea emisiilor de CO₂, aliniindu-se la obiectivele Pactului verde european și la tranziția către neutralitate climatică
