Furnizarea unui SISTEM ERP, GESTIUNE ȘI ARHIVARE ELECTRONICĂ DOCUMENTE necesar pentru dezvoltarea infrastructurii digitale a instituției, prin încheierea unui contract de furnizare, cu un singur operator economic, în condițiile și cu specificațiile din caietul de sarcini, care contribuie la managementul integrat al bugetului, contabilității, gestiunii mijloacelor fixe, materiale și obiecte de inventar, resurselor umane, salarizării și managementul documentelor și al fluxurilor de lucru.
