Prestatorul, în vederea realizării livrabilelor și atingerii rezultatelor așteptate, va implementa o soluție informatică complexă care va adresa activitatea clinică și non-clinică a Spitalului în vederea optimizării proceselor si fluxurilor la nivelul unității sanitare, conform specificațiilor din caietul de sarcini și care va include următoarele 4 componente: o Infrastructura de bază (inclusiv inter-conectivitatea și inter-operabilitatea) o Parametrizare componenta non-clinică o Parametrizare componenta clinică o Instruire personal. Soluția digitală implementată va asigura cumulativ: • un mediu de lucru colaborativ între toate structurile Spitalului de Psihiatrie Gătaia implicate în furnizarea serviciilor medicale către cetățeni; • transparență, predictibilitate și trasabilitate în operare; soluția implementată va reprezenta un instrument flexibil și adaptabil la nevoile instituționale specifice, care va permite eficientizarea proceselor clinice și non-clinice, de back-office și front-office, și promovarea competenței și asumării responsabilității de către resursa umană; • Respectarea, din punct de vedere funcțional, a reglementărilor și standardelor europene, precum și a legislației naționale relevante în vigoare
