Obiectul contractului de servicii îl constituie prestarea de servicii de administrare, operare și mentenanță evolutivă pentru sistemul informatic integrat SAP S/4HANA al entității contractante, incluzând activități de administrare SAP Basis, suport tehnic și funcțional, dezvoltare și adaptare funcțională și tehnică, precum și optimizarea și îmbunătățirea continuă a sistemului, în vederea susținerii proceselor operaționale ale entității contractante.
