Original language: roObiectul achiziției este reprezentat de furnizarea (cumpărarea) de produse/articole de papetărie și birotică, precum și livrarea acestora la adresele indicate de către fiecare Utilizatori In contextul rolului și atribuțiilor pe care le are UCA având în vedere că Produsele de papetărie și birotică sunt incluse în categoria produselor care pot fi achiziționate în sistem centralizat, UCA derulează această procedură de atribuire în scopul semnării unui Acord Cadru Centralizat pentru Produse de papetărie și birotică, care va fi utilizat de Utilizatori, în urma finalizării procedurii de atribuire. Detalii complete privind produsele ce fac obiectul acestei achiziții se găsesc în Caietul de Sarcini si anexele sale, parte integrantă a Documentației de atribuire. Obiectivul semnării Acordului-Cadru Centralizat este stabilirea termenilor și condițiilor, precum și a prețurilor unitare, în vederea creării cadrului ce permite Utilizatorilor Acordului-Cadru Centralizat să contracteze în nume propriu, în funcție de necesitățile lor concrete, furnizarea (cumpărarea) de produse ce fac obiectul Acordului-Cadru Centralizat.
