Acord-cadru de servicii de evaluare bunuri mobile și imobile, conform cerinţelor caietelor de sarcini și a anexelor la acestea. Cantitățile minime și maxime aferente acordului cadru și contractului subsecvent se regăsesc în Anexele la Caietul de sarcini. Valoarea estimata a acordului cadru este între 114.600 lei şi 708.000 lei fără TVA. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde solicitarilor de clarificare adresate in termenul prevazut la sectiunea I.3 ( 20 zile) cu 11 zile de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor, în conformitate cu prev. art. 160 si 161 din Legea 98/2016, cu modificările si completările ulterioare Procedura aleasă – Licitație deschisă online, cu incheierea unui acord cadru pe patru ani. Frecventa de încheiere a contractelor subsecvente este de minim doua contracte subsecvente pe an, in limita necesitatilor Autoritatii Contractante si a fondurilor bugetare aprobate. Valoarea maxima a contractului subsecvent este de 177.000 lei fara TVA si valoarea minima estimata a contractului subsecvent este de 23.400 lei fara TVA.
