In these conditions, the prices of the services will be established as follows: - by reference to the prices of printing services offered for the services provided in the technical specifications, using technical characteristics as close as possible to them as a benchmark; - by establishing a new price representing a reasonable cost and a reasonable profit compared to relevant market prices. 3. The framework agreement/subsequent contracts may also be amended as a result of correcting material errors contained therein, if ascertained by any of the contracting parties. The categories of amendments provided for in points 1-3 will not affect the general nature of the framework agreement/subsequent contracts. In the event that, during the execution of the framework agreement/subsequent contracts, the need for another amendment arises, the contracting authority will determine, before approving and formalizing the respective amendment, whether it represents an insubstantial amendment without the need to organize a new procedure or a substantial amendment that would require organizing a new award procedure. During the validity period of the framework agreement, the parties have the right to agree on the amendment and/or completion of its clauses within the limits of the provisions of the applicable legal acts on public procurement. The framework agreement may be amended only with the written consent of both parties, through an additional act. The party requesting the amendment of the framework agreement will be obliged to notify the other party in writing within a maximum of 5 working days from the date on which the situation that may lead to its amendment occurred.
